We are vigorously anti-spam, and do not share our subscriber list with anyone. When an email address is entered to our newsletter subscription system, a confirmation message is sent to that address notifying the recipient that his or her email address was used and requires confirmation before it is activated. In addition, every newsletter contains detailed instructions describing  simple steps to unsubscribe.

We may post quality of service survey and customer service experience feedback forms on our website from time to time. Responses to such forms are used as educational material and to further improve level of service. Majority of such questionaires do not require any personal information and generally submitted anonymously.
